Marshalls Launches New Domestic Brochure For 2009

Marshalls plc, the UK’s leading manufacturer of innovative landscape garden and driveway products, has launched its 2009 Gardens & Driveways Collection domestic brochure which is bursting with new products and inspirational ideas to transform driveways and gardens into outdoor living rooms for all seasons.

The new 172 page brochure provides homeowners with practical advice on planning and designing their perfect garden or driveway; the leading range of hard landscaping products on the market; inspirational photography; information on its approved Registered Installer scheme; even more ‘before and after’ transformations on real life projects; information on Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) in plain English; an explanation of the new Front Garden Legislation and the introduction of its new exciting products for 2009.

One of the key differences is the inclusion of the new carbon footprint logo. This logo shows the sum of the carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases created by a single unit of product during its life from production, through the supply chain, to use and disposal.

Marshalls is still the only company in the World to have carbon labelled its full range enabling customers to make an informed choice about their new drive and garden products.

Featuring in the new 2009 brochure, is the new Haworth Moor Antique Sandstone Paving, yet another exciting new addition to Marshalls’ premium natural stone collection, Haworth Moor Sandstone Paving, Walling & Setts. Bestowed with all the enduring qualities and timeless appeal of the existing portfolio, Haworth Moor Antique offers a new matured aesthetic radiating pure quality. It is also independently approved to be from ethical sources that comply with the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) Base Code.

For a virtually maintenance free paved area, Marshalls has introduced a new innovative paving Coach House with Active Shield. This multi-faced paving is ideal for traditional gardens, providing a delightful, authentic reclaimed stone look with the added benefit of a protective surface. This virtually undetectable surface protection helps defend paving from the effects of weather, common stains and spills. Laboratory tests have proven Active Shield protection is 3 times easier to clean than untreated paving.
