• You will also need to be able and prepared to install 3 Shockwave add-on's called xtras, which are required to run the Garden Visualiser. Don't worry you don't need to do anything, just accept to install once Shockwave has completed installation

• If you have problems with the Shockwave plugin (especially in Windows Internet Explorer where the installation normally happens while the browser is running), we recommend that you download the full Adobe Shockwave Player installer, close down your web browser and then run the installer. There are several different versions, so you must choose the full installer version for your operating system and browser. The installer may also offer to download and install extra free software from Yahoo or Norton, but you do not need that to run the Driveway Visualiser.
