Chris Frankland is Marshalls’ Marketing Communications Director. He has worked for Marshalls in a variety of Marketing roles since 2008.

He is primarily responsible for the implementation of the digital and communications strategy at Marshalls and has extensive experience in the domestic, commercial and housebuilding sectors. He has conducted detailed research into the Housebuilding sector with particular focus on how customers interact with and value landscaping products. Chris is a huge supporter of customer advocacy and guides a relentless focus on aligning Marshalls with the needs of their customers.
