Lisa Villiers is Talent Director at Marshalls plc, where she leads the business on talent development and recruitment, working closely with the Marshalls Executive team. Lisa plays a major role in the development of the Marshalls ESG agenda, developing strategic partnerships and a focussed strategy that puts diversity and inclusion and social mobility at the heart of talent acquisition.
Lisa has a history of working in all aspects of global talent acquisition within a number of different sectors including investment and retail banking, healthcare, FMCG, professional services and retail.
Lisa is great at supporting businesses with major change and transformation agendas, she has previously established and transformed regional and global Talent Acquisition teams in the delivery of early careers, executive recruitment, experienced hire and flexible resourcing models covering multiple countries and cultures.
