When approached by The Royal Marine’s Charity, and upon hearing Corporal Phillip Eaglesham’s story, Marshalls were more than happy to provide the bricks for this fantastic project.

In October 2010, whilst coming to the end of his third tour of Afghanistan, Corporal Eaglesham fell ill with what he presumed to be the flu.  After a few weeks of returning home, Corporal Eaglesham was diagnosed with Q fever leaving him with limited mobility.

The Royal Marine’s Charity began their plans for the project and contacted businesses to help build a suitably adapted home for Corporal Eaglesham and his family.

Marshalls Bricks and Masonry are proud to have been a part of this story and would like to thank The Royal Marine’s Charity for our involvement.  We wish the Eaglesham family all the very best for the future in their wonderful new home!
