DOT Type 1

Our DOT Type 1 is a high quality, well graded granular sub base material produced to SHW Clause 803 and other nationally recognised standards. Manufactured through controlled crushing and screening, it provides a stable and durable foundation layer with excellent load bearing performance.

When supplied in accordance with SHW 803, this material is suitable for use in road and highway construction, footpaths, and adopted infrastructure works, as well as for driveways, car parks, foundations for paved surfaces, and general sub base preparation where a strong, compliant sub base is required.

Available for collection or delivery within a 50-mile radius of our Howley Park quarry.
