Our Gritstone Fill Sand is a high-quality, cost-effective fill material produced exclusively at our Howley Park and Fletcher Bank gritstone quarries. Manufactured through controlled extraction and screening, it provides consistent grading, excellent compaction and dependable long term performance, making it a trusted choice for a wide range of construction and civil engineering works.

Gritstone Fill Sand is typically used for bulk fill, trench backfill (subject to specification), pipe bedding where suitable, general landscaping infill, ground levelling and site preparation, as well as temporary works such as haul roads and working platforms when combined with other aggregates.
