Fletcher Bank Sandstone is a robust, coarse‑grained gritstone with naturally occurring colour marbling that gives each block a distinctive, high‑quality appearance. Supplied in typical block weights of 2–12 tonnes, it is available in masonry and walling applications, with masonry material presented in buff tones and walling material showing buff, blue and grey colouring, sometimes with grey hearts. The stone’s traditional buff to grey palette suits both contemporary and heritage settings, while its strength and texture make it particularly well suited to steps, walling, masonry features and external landscaping elements where both performance and visual character are important.
