Our MOT Type 1 is a high quality, well graded sub base aggregate produced at our Stainton Limestone Quarry and Fletcher Bank Gritstone Quarry. Manufactured to meet recognised industry standards, this material delivers excellent load bearing strength and reliable compaction, making it ideal for road and highway construction, driveways, footpaths, car parks, foundations for paving, and general sub base preparation across a wide range of civil engineering and construction projects.

Available for collection or delivery within a 50-mile radius of our Stainton and Fletcher Bank quarries.
