MOT Type 3

Our MOT Type 3 is a high quality, open graded aggregate designed for free draining sub base construction. Produced through controlled crushing and screening, this material offers excellent permeability and structural stability, making it ideal for applications such as sports pitches, equestrian arenas, permeable paving systems, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), footpaths, cycleways and general sub base layers requiring efficient drainage and reduced fines content.

Available for collection or delivery within a 50-mile radius of our Howley Park quarry.
