More than 200,000sq feet of prime space in southeast London had sat empty for over a decade when plans to install a supercasino fell through. But with 85 fashion and lifestyle stores spread over the outlet’s two floors, retailers are finally making the most of this opportunity.

Marshalls supplied Vasanta Stonespar plank paving to the ground floor of the outlet. The sandstone is extremely robust and non-slip, so it’s ideal for this location where there is a greater chance of wet foot traffic from the entrances.

The upper level was paved with bespoke marble supplied by Marshalls to perfectly complement the lower level’s sandstone flooring, creating an understated, timeless beauty.
