Experience
Shiv is a corporate finance lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, the last ten of which have been in industry at FTSE 250 businesses. He has extensive leadership and legal experience and is a member of the Group’s Executive Team. Formerly a corporate partner with international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson LLP, focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. Shiv also spent eight years working for international law firm Pinsent Masons LLP and qualified with international law firm CMS.
