Skills and community

Sustainability isn’t just environmental; it’s also about people. We invest in skills, apprenticeships and communities to help us build a stronger business and industry. Through partnerships with training providers and charities, we aim to support the next generation and those entering the sector through social value. From our early careers engineering apprenticeships to the work we do with further education colleges, we engage directly with people building a career in the construction industry. Whether it’s donating paving materials to Leeds College of Building for their building courses or running mock interviews with bricklaying students in Manchester, we are proud to support the development of our industry while also supporting and volunteering for charity and community projects.
