More about Carly

With experience across merchanting, manufacturing and sales leadership, Carly Partington has worked in the construction industry since 2011. Having spent much of her career in sales roles within manufacturing businesses, she brings a strong understanding of both product and customer dynamics across the sector.

Since joining Marshalls in 2020 as Stockist Development Manager within the Landscaping division, Carly has progressed through key commercial roles, moving into Civils & Drainage as Business Development Manager in 2023 before being appointed Regional Sales Director for the North and Scotland in 2024.

Now leading a team of Regional Sales Managers, Carly works closely with civils merchants, groundworkers and contractors across the region, supporting project delivery and strengthening customer relationships. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams and places a strong emphasis on customer service, ensuring consistent support, expert guidance and a positive experience at every stage of the journey.
