Dean Harris is the Managing Director of Marshalls Bricks and Masonry, where he leads the strategic direction and continued growth of the business unit. Working closely with customers across the housebuilding sector, he is focused on strengthening Marshalls' position within the market by ensuring the business continues to develop the products, services and support customers need to deliver successful housing developments.
Having spent the past 15 years with Marshalls, including the last five as Managing Director of Bricks and Masonry, Dean has built extensive experience across operations, procurement, logistics, marketing and commercial functions. This breadth of experience gives him a detailed understanding of how every part of the business contributes to customer success, from product development and manufacturing through to supply and delivery.
Dean works closely with customers to understand the challenges facing today's housebuilders and the wider housing sector, using those insights to help shape business strategy and future product development. His experience in bringing new products to market, combined with a deep understanding of customer requirements, enables him to identify opportunities that support both commercial growth and better outcomes for customers.
A strong advocate for collaboration and early engagement, Dean believes the best solutions are developed by working in partnership with customers from the outset. His focus is on ensuring the business continues to give customers confidence at every stage of a project, whether through design support, product performance, dependable delivery or lower-carbon solutions. Alongside driving the continued growth of the Bricks and Masonry business, he is passionate about developing high-performing teams and helping customers deliver the quality homes and thriving communities the UK needs.
