With 20 years at Marshalls and a background in consulting engineering, Euan Mackinnon, brings a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial focus to his role as National Sales Director (Utilities and Infrastructure). His project engineering experience underpins his work in maximising and growing profitable sales across AMP8 and utilities frameworks.

Euan and his team work closely with framework stakeholders, consultants and delivery partners to position Marshalls as a trusted provider of critical infrastructure solutions. The team are responsible for managing specification and project pipelines, supporting early engagement and delivering value-engineered technical and commercial outcomes.

Alongside his commercial responsibilities, Euan is actively involved in collaborative innovation projects, working with partners across the supply chain to trial and implement lower-carbon solutions in real-world infrastructure applications. This includes supporting the development and testing of new materials and approaches that contribute to more sustainable water management.
