With over 30 years’ experience across the construction sector, Lee Kaiser, our Key Account Director (Merchants) at Marshalls, brings deep expertise in reinforced concrete and engineered civils solutions. His career began within one of the UK’s largest builders’ merchants, where he progressed through sales roles into branch management, building a strong commercial foundation early on.

Lee has since held a range of senior business development and key account roles, working closely with groundworks and concrete frame contractors across both UK and international markets. This includes time spent leading distributor network growth across the Middle East and wider regions, giving him a broad perspective on the sector.

In his current role at Marshalls, Lee focuses on driving profitable growth through the builder’s merchant sector. He works closely with merchant partners and internal teams to build strong relationships, support early project engagement and strengthen national stock coverage, helping position Marshalls as a go-to provider of precast concrete solutions.
