Paul has been with Marshalls plc for 24 years, and for the last five, has served as Managing Director of Marshalls Civils & Drainage. Paul has held a number of senior commercial and leadership positions across the business, including Trading Director for Drainage and Head of Sales for Masonry and Facades.

Throughout his career, Paul has been responsible for driving commercial strategy, leading national sales and technical teams, and developing long term relationships with key contractors, housebuilders, consultants and local authorities. He brings deep expertise in precast concrete solutions, with a particular focus on linear drainage, infrastructure projects, and delivering sustainable, commercially successful growth. 

Paul combines a strong understanding of on site challenges with strategic leadership experience, making him a passionate advocate for practical, well-designed water management and infrastructure solutions that perform in the real world.

He is also a board member of BIBM (the Federation of the European Precast Concrete Industry) and member of MPA Precast.
