At Marshalls, we’re working hard to bring more diversity balance into our business and the industry whilst also challenging stereotypes. For this year’s International Women’s Day, we ran a series of thought-provoking sessions for people from across the business.
Over 200 people joined us online to hear from our guest speakers, such as our board members Avis Darzins and Angela Bromfield. We know that our industry remains heavily male-dominated, so we were pleased to host discussions about this and the importance of personal branding, impact, and influence.
