All businesses within the Marshalls Group have remained open during the lockdown periods whilst operating at the highest levels of safety. As national lockdown restrictions reduce over the coming weeks and months, we have adapted a number of our approaches to ensure we can connect safely with customers in a way that works for everyone.
The safety of our people and customers remains our number one priority and we now have new measures in place for face to face meeting, when the situation occurs.
Virtual meetings have been a great way to stay in touch over the past year, and we are continuing to meet with customers in this way. Marshalls teams are now equipped with a new digital safety risk assessment checklist; essential for every customer or on-site visit. The checklist ensures customer safety policies are considered and addressed in full, alongside the extensive Marshalls safety precautions. Below is a short video about how we manage the safety of our customers and our people.
We are pleased to share that we have now safely re-opened our Marshalls Design Spaces in Birmingham and London for pre-booked visits and meetings. We have social distancing and safety measures in place and can allow a maximum of six people at any time. Please visit our website to view the spaces and pre-book.
All our deliveries are contactless and we are continuing to make safe deliveries to all customers. As an extra layer of protection, we are offering Lateral Flow Covid Testing to all of our drivers and those who work at our manufacturing sites. By working together we can keep the industry safe whilst moving forwards.
