He leads the national sales function, with responsibility for shaping and delivering commercial strategy across Marshalls’ network of six production plants. Ian plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion and customer retention, working closely with contractors, housebuilders and key accounts across the UK construction sector.

Combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial leadership, Ian is highly experienced in strategic account management, pipeline development, and aligning product solutions to customer needs. He is known for building long-term, high-value partnerships and for translating market insight into opportunities that strengthen both customer performance and brand presence.
