Delivery is free for orders above £1200; addtional charges for orders below £1200 are as follows:

Order value is less than £100 = additional £14.95 charge

Delivery is available to the whole of the UK mainland. However, it may take longer to deliver to some rural areas and there are some restrictions that may apply. Check our restrictions page for detail.

We are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK mainland including the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Isle of Skye, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Islands, Outer Hebrides, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or any other non UK mainland postcodes.

For the majority of our products, we'll either be able to let you know or let you choose an estimated delivery date during checkout. We are not able to provide a time slot for your delivery in advance. Deliveries may be made between 8am and 6pm.

For all other products these will be sent via one of our delivery partners, delivery will take 7 working days. You maybe contacted in advance by phone or by text message, to let you know an estimated delivery time

The majority of deliveries will be via one of the following types of vehicles:

• 42 tonne articulated lorry
• a tail lift and a pallet truck
• a crane offload facility

Deliveries from these vehicles will be kerbside or onto a driveway with clear access.

Other deliveries will be sent via standard mail.

Yes, all of our prices online are inclusive of VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. The only other charge would be delivery.

On occasion, we will have special "coupon" offers across the site; check the homepage for any latest offers. We also may offer a discount on items that have limited stock, a code will not be needed for that and will come of the listed price.

We do offer this as an option. However, this is on full packs only, with an additional split load charge of £60.00 for half packs.

Typically Natural Stone Paving and Wet Cast Paving should be laid rigidly (mortar bed and joints).

Hydraulically pressed concrete flags can be laid either rigidly or flexibly (sand bed and joints).

It is possible to lay block paving over an existing tarmac or concrete base, however the existing base must be in a sound condition, free from cracks, not breaking up or spalling.

To put it simply, if you can drive up a slope then it can be block paved. However, the steeper the slope is, the more likely it is to require intermediate restraints.

Besides one being made from clay and one from concrete there are a number of differences between the two.

As clay is a natural material, the colour is inherent within it; consequently, exposure to Ultra Violet light will not have an effect on the vibrancy of the colour over time.

Concrete however, is a pigmented material and over time and exposure to UV light there will be a reduction in the intensity of colour, this will not be a noticeable change due to the length of time it will take.

All our paving is slip resistant provided that the units are maintained at the required intervals to prevent them from potentially becoming slippy with a surface build up of dirt, detritus and algae for example.

Pressed Concrete paving and Natural Stone Paving are suitable to use around a swimming pool. Avoid Wet Cast units (such as Coach House and Heritage) as these will be affected by chemicals in the pool water such as chlorine for example and will suffer from surface crumbling.

Any of our pressed concrete paving flags or Natural Stone flags are suitable for use on a ramp.

Also Barfaced paving is designed specifically for this purpose as the units have slightly raised bars on the surface to provide extra grip under foot.

Priora is not laid in the same way as conventional block paving. The sub-base, bedding course and jointing material need to be an open-graded aggregate to allow for water infiltration.

In most areas no, this is because you will be containing the water run-off within your property and not into the public highway. However, it is always best to check with your local authority before any work starts.

If you notice any cracks, breakages or any other visable damage please report these within 48 hours and take photos of the damage. If you notice the damage upon delivery please report this to the delivery driver and ensure this is noted on the delivery note. You can contact us either by phone or email.   

Our porcelain is tested to meet R11 slip skid rating, so it is safe underfoot in both wet and dry conditions. The slip-skid rating is a universal standard, which offers peace of mind that porcelain is a safe material choice.

Yes, our porcelain is easy to clean and is stain-resistant which means it is easy to maintain as well. This is because our porcelain doesn’t absorb water or stains into the tile which prevents moss, lichen and algae from growing. As with any outdoor paving material, we would always recommend keeping your patio clear of any dirt or debris with regular brushing.

No, our porcelain will not fade in the sunlight as it has a printed design and glaze added, so sunlight can’t penetrate the glaze. This means you can use our porcelain outside and it will look good for a long period of time after being installed.

Yes, our porcelain is frost resistant, which means you can be rest assured your porcelain paving will not crack when the weather turns unfavourable. This means there is no need for sealants or added protection during the colder months.

You can use Exterior Tile Grout, Exterior Jointing Grout, Symphony Jointing Compound, Weatherpoint 365 and Paving Primer with our porcelain. The choice of jointing is very much down to your personal preference and also the skill level of the individual installing the paving.

No, because our porcelain has limited water absorption which means it requires no sealing and is easy for you to clean and maintain all year round.

The main difference between porcelain and ceramic are the raw materials used and how these are treated within production.

• Porcelain is fired at higher temperatures, and for longer
• Porcelain is also made from clay, sand and feldspar, whereas ceramic is only made from clay

These two factors result in porcelain absorbing a lot less water, creating superior strength and durability over ceramic tiles, which makes them suitable for outdoor use.

All batch codes will be found on the packaging and are usually a combination of letters and numbers. We recommend you keep a note of the batch code as this will help if you need additional product at a later date.
