Returns and refunds

Cancellation before delivery

You can cancel any online order* and receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges, at any time before the product is dispatched or within 15 working days starting on the day after delivery. No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received after this time.

Cancellation after delivery

Any unused products can be returned to us within 15 days of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition and in their original packaging with all shrink wrapping and banding around the pallet or crate still intact. This is to ensure the safety of our colleagues.

Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will usually be made within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund to an alternative payment card. We may (at our discretion), reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the products due to the manner in which you have handled them.

We will not accept any returns or cancellations if the product(s) have been modified or used in any way.

Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Customers must confirm acceptance of charges before a return can proceed. If a load hasn't tipped, we will organise a return urgently, but the charges written confirmation will be requested and chased until received.

Please note that on some instances you may have to pay for the collection of your item at a cost of £250.00, this will be specified at the time of contacting us.

Incorrect Order

If the products delivered to you are not what you ordered, please notify us immediately.

If the product is returned at the request of the customer and due to customer error, transport and restocking fees apply.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 7 days of delivery for general damaged or chipped items which are not installed.  For an installed product which has suspected defects, these should be reported within 30 days of it being noted.

(As a consumer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.)

Please note that you may incur a charge of £250.00 for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge for the safe return of the products.

All refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 days.
