Returns and Refunds

You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of delivery to you. This right to return does not apply to bespoke or made to measure products. For information regarding how to return a product, please see below.

Within 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us on consumersales@marshalls.co.uk or 0333 220 2729 to arrange collection.

Please note that:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on any bespoke/made to measure goods or special order goods.

As a consumer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

You can cancel any online order (excluding bespoke or made to measure products) and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) by contacting us on consumersales@marshalls.co.uk or 0333 220 2729 at any time before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery. No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received after this time.

Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible and no later than, the earlier of 14 days after our receipt of the returned products or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the products to us. We may (at our discretion), reduce the amount refunded to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the products due to the manner in which you have handled them.

Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order. For information regarding the return of products please see below.

Returns

To arrange for a product to be collected please contact us on consumersales@marshalls.co.uk or 0333 220 2729 with your order number and details of the product to be returned and we will arrange for the collection of the products you wish to return. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge applicable to the product and your location. All refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the payment card used to purchase the product.

Please note that refunds will only be issued to the payment card that was used to purchase the products: we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund to an alternative payment card.

All returned products must be returned unused, as new, and in undamaged condition in their original packaging with all shrink wrapping and banding around the pallet or crate still intact. This is to ensure the safety of our colleagues.

Please note that we will not accept any returns or cancellations if, in our reasonable opinion, the product(s) have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces other than those provided, or by altering or customising the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.

Incorrect Order

If the products delivered to you are not what you ordered, or do not correspond fully with the itemised description on your delivery note and you wish to discuss this please notify us immediately via email to consumersales@marshalls.co.uk or by calling us on 0333 220 2729. Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
To arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected, please e-mail consumersales@marshalls.co.uk or call us on 0333 220 2729 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
