2025-2026
1.1. The promoter of the Marshalls Accredited Awards (the “Awards”) is Marshalls Mono Limited (company number: 509579) of Landscape House, Premier Way, Lowfields Business Park, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9HT (“Marshalls”).
2.1. The entrant is the Accredited Member as set out on the entry form submitted via Marshalls Rewards (“Accredited Member” or “You”).
2.2. All entrants must be existing members of the Marshalls Accredited as of 1st December 2025 (inclusive).
2.3. Marshalls reserves the right to withdraw any entry to the Awards where the Accredited Member fails to maintain its membership with Marshalls Accredited up to the point of announcing the winners.
3.1 The following Awards categories are open to Accredited Members for submissions:
3.1.1. Small patio (under 50m2)
3.1.2. Large patio (over 50m2)
3.1.3. Small driveway (under 70m2)
3.1.4. Large driveway (over 70m2)
3.1.5. Outstanding use of concrete
3.1.6. Outstanding use of natural stone
3.1.7. Outstanding use of porcelain
3.2. The following Awards will be voted for by Accredited Members from all shortlisted projects (`Nominees’). Voting will take place on the day of the event, and the winners will be announced during the event.
3.2.1. Contractors choice
3.3. Project of the year will be awarded by Marshalls to one of the winners from the categories listed in clauses 3.1 to 3.2.
4.1. Entries open on Friday 19th December 2025 and will close at 11:59am on Monday 19th January 2026.
4.2. To be eligible for the Awards, projects must have been started and completed between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2025 (inclusive).
4.3. All entries to the Awards must be received via form submission on Marshalls Rewards www.marshalls-rewards.co.uk by no later than the closing date (18th January 2026). Any entries received after the closing date will be automatically disqualified.
4.4. To submit an entry, the Accredited Member must:
4.4.1. submit a completed entry form accompanied by a minimum of five (5) digital photographs of each project by the closing date; and
4.4.2. ensure they have obtained permission from their customer to enter the project into the Awards.
4.5. Marshalls will only consider domestic projects for private customers, any commercial projects will be rejected.
4.6. Projects must consist of at least 90% Marshalls branded domestic products.
4.7. Marshalls will not accept any entries that:
4.7.1. are incomplete;
4.7.2. are outside the timeline noted in clause 4.2;
4.7.3. have already been submitted in previous Awards; or
4.7.4. are from Accredited Members who have out of date public liability insurance or membership debt.
4.8. If a project is entered into multiple categories, Marshalls may, at its discretion, limit the number of categories to a maximum of two that are most appropriate for the project.
4.9. Marshalls reserves all rights to disqualify an entry if an Accredited Members conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Awards.
4.10. By submitting an entry to the Awards, You are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.1. When assessing projects submitted as an entry to the Awards, Marshalls will take into account the following criteria:
5.1.1. Quality of the workmanship (Marshalls installation guidelines will provide a template for assessment).
5.1.2. Aesthetics of the project.
5.2. Marshalls Regional Assessors will review all submissions and compile a shortlist by selecting a minimum of 10 projects per category. These shortlisted projects will then be put forward for scoring to determine the winners of each category.
5.3. All projects on the list will be scored against the published criteria by our Regional Assessors and Divisional Trading Managers to determine the top five highest-scoring projects. All scoring sheets can be found here:

5.4. Each category will feature five Nominees, with a Silver Award presented to the second-place project and a Gold Award presented to the highest-scoring project.
6.1. The Nominees will be announced by email prior to the Marshalls Accredited Event and will be automatically invited, with the option to bring a guest. The Marshalls Accredited Event will be in March 2026, with the date and time to be announced closer to the time.
6.2. The Silver and Gold Awards for each category, along with the Project of the year and Contractors choice Awards, will be announced live at the Marshalls Accredited Event.
6.3. Winners of the Awards will receive a certificate and trophy to recognise their achievement. These will be presented at the Marshalls Accredited Event and can be taken home by the Accredited Members at the end of the evening.
6.4. Winners of the Gold and Project of the year Awards will also receive a prize, within a reasonable time after the Marshalls Accredited Event and will differ depending on the award won. Regional Assessors will be able to provide further information on the prize to the winners of the Awards. If You are unable to attend the Marshalls Accredited Event and you won a certificate and trophy these will be sent to you after the Marshalls Accredited Event.
6.5. Nominees will have access to a digital badge that promotes their status, which will be sent by email after the Marshalls Accredited Event.
7.1. By submitting an entry to the Awards, you agree that Marshalls may, but is not required to, make your entry and/or any accompanying material available on its website or any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity for the Awards. You agree to grant Marshalls a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Awards entry and any accompanying material to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
8.1. The Accredited Member confirms that it is the data controller in respect of its customers' personal data and that it has obtained from its customers all necessary consents and permissions for the customer information contained in the application to be lawfully shared with Marshalls for the duration and purposes of the Awards.
