Marshalls Register Awards Terms & Conditions
- The promoter:
- The promoter of the Marshalls Register Awards (the “Awards”) is Marshalls Mono Limited (company number: 509579) of Landscape House, Premier Way, Lowfields Business Park, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 9HT (“Marshalls”).
- The entrant:
- The entrant is the Register Member as set out on the front page of this entry form (“Register Member” or “You”)
- All entrants must be existing members of the Marshalls Register as at 16th January 2023 (inclusive).
- Marshalls reserves the right to withdraw any entry to the Awards where the Register Member fails to maintain its membership with the Marshalls Register up to the point of announcing the winners.
- How to enter and eligibility:
- All entries to the Awards must be received by Marshalls via an email to registerinstaller@marshalls.co.uk or at the address set out at condition 1 by no later than 17:00 on 16th January 2023 (the “Closing Date”). Unless otherwise agreed, any entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
- To submit an entry, the Register Member must
- Send a completed entry form accompanied by a minimum of five (5) digital photographs of each project (minimum size 500k) to Marshalls by the Closing Date;
- ensure that it has obtained permission from its customer to enter the project into the Awards.
- When submitting an entry, the Register Member must indicate which photographs it wishes to be included on the voting website, in the event that the entry is eligible for a regional award.
- Any project entered into the Awards must have been commenced and completed between 1st October 2021 and 30th September 2022 (inclusive).
- Marshalls will only consider domestic projects for private customers, any commercial projects will be rejected.
- Marshalls will not accept:
- responsibility for entry forms that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit however so arising; or
- proof of posting as proof of receipt of entry to the Awards.
- Marshalls will not accept any entries that:
- are Illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- are photocopies and not originals; or
- are incomplete.
- Projects must consist of at least 90% Marshalls branded domestic products.
- If a project is entered into multiple categories, Marshalls may, at its discretion, limit the number of categories to a maximum of two that are most appropriate for the project.
- Made in Britain products are defined as products we supply that are manufactured in the UK:

Marshalls reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Awards.
- By submitting an entry to the Awards, You are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Marshalls will make an award for Marshalls engagement award based on brand loyalty, volume of guarantees issued, social media posts, homeowner feedback, use of Marshalls services i.e. CAD, Assessor services, engagement with commercial staff
- The prize:
- All Regional Award winners will receive a certificate to acknowledge their achievement
- A trophy will be supplied at an appropriate time following the announcement of the winners at the virtual or in person Marshalls Register road shows.
- Project Assessment
- When assessing projects submitted as an entry to the Awards, Marshalls will take into account the following criteria:
- Quality of the workmanship (Marshalls’ installation guidelines will provide a template for assessment).
- Aesthetics of the project.
- Customer feedback relating to the project and the Register Members’ performance;
- Register Members’ response to any major challenges;
- At the Regional Award stage, the entries will be judged by Regional Assessors from outside their geographic area (i.e. a northern team will judge the entries from the southern area and vice versa).
- Winner announcement:
- Regional results will be announced at the virtual or in person Marshalls Register road shows in early 2023.
- Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
- By submitting an entry to the Awards, You agree that Marshalls may, but is not required to, make your entry and/or any accompanying material available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity for the Awards. You agree to grant Marshalls a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Awards entry and any accompanying materials to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
- Data Protection
- The Register Member confirms that it is the data controller in respect of its customer’s personal data and that it has obtained from its customer all necessary consents and permissions for the customer information contained in the application to be lawfully shared with Marshalls for the duration and purposes of the Awards.
