Delivery & Returns
Marshalls offer FREE Delivery on ALL orders £1200.00 or more. For orders under a total value of £1200.00, the following delivery charges will apply.
Delivery
- Order value less than £100 = additional £14.95 charge
- Order value less than £100.01 to £200 = additional £110.00 charge
- Order value less than £200.01 to £1200 = additional £110.00 charge
If you are planning to unload Marshalls goods on to the roadside or a pavement, you need to make sure you possess and also comply with the necessary permit(s) from your local authority

Returns
- 30 day returns policy *
- Collection charge of £110.00 if the product has been delivered
- Full refund if order cancelled before delivery *
- All refunds processed within 14 days (upon receipt of goods being returned).
