Range Refresh: Improving the customer experience

In an effort to enhance our customer journey, we have streamlined our product offering. Here, Roger Knight, Head of Engineering & Product Development at Marshalls, discusses the refresh and what it means for our customers.

Roger, please could you explain why this decision has been made?

The decision to update our product offering has been made to make the specification and selection process more straightforward for our customers. Our aim was to refine the number of product considerations put forward to our customers, and provide them with a more concise selection that is best suited to their project’s individual needs and requirements.

What does this mean for our customers?

The refreshed product offering makes product selection easier and ensures our sales team can continue delivering exceptional customer service. With less time committed to explaining numerous products, our team can focus on the products that would really benefit a project, enhance their space and be most cost and time effective. This additional time will allow them to really home in on a products features and benefits and provide a better overall understanding of how each range can add value to a project.

How can customers find out more about the refreshed product offering?

To support the project, we are launching the refreshed Protective and Non-Protective product range brochure. The brochure features our refined product line-up, detailing the technical specifications and design variants available in each of our innovative product ranges. The brochure provides our customers with a comprehensive overview of what we have to offer, enabling them to bring any questions or queries straight to the Marshalls sales team to discuss further.

This decision marks a fresh start to the year. We are certain that these changes will have nothing but a positive impact on the customer experience, with a simplified customer journey and more valuable input from our sales team on offer.
